If your question is about your account, write from the email address you signed up with. It lets us confirm the account is yours.

Security vulnerabilities

Report vulnerabilities to security@crunu.com. Include the steps to reproduce the problem and what you observed. The rules for testing are in the Acceptable Use Policy, and the same address is published in security.txt.

What never to send

Never email us secret values, your password, your Secret Key or your recovery code. We will never ask for them. We have no use for them, because we can't decrypt your data even with your help over email.

If you've lost access

Nobody can reset your password or recover your Secret Key for you, us included, because those keys never leave your devices. What still works depends on what you have left:

  • If you still know your password and have a device where you've signed in before, sign in there and print a new Emergency Kit.
  • If you have a recovery code, use it from the sign-in page. Your access returns after a waiting period, and you'll set a new password and Secret Key.
  • If you have neither, an owner or admin of your organization can invite you again under a new account and give you back access to its environments.

The company behind Crunu

The Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy name the company that operates Crunu and give its registered address.
